INTERNSHIP • WEB DEVELOPMENT

Part time position with flexible hours,
requires a solid understanding of web technologies.
Responsibilities include programming and production for
a range of projects.

The ideal candidate is easy-going with
a strong work ethic and the personality for a diverse,
customer service oriented, casual work environment.
The candidate should enjoy meeting daily challenges
with enthusiasm. This position requires initiative,
researching new technologies and interaction with
experienced peers while offering potential for growth.

NECESSARY PROFICIENCY IN:

Adobe Creative Suite, XHTML & CSS
[Dreamweaver or any WYSIWYG editor is not enough]

KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING A PLUS:

Macintosh OS X, Flash, PHP, SQL, JavaScript, Final Cut Pro and DVD Studio Pro.

RESPONSIBILITY HIGHLIGHTS

  • Assist in web production and development
  • Creating text and graphics for new and existing web sites
  • Evaluate Interface designs for web build-out challenges/issues
  • Information Architecture
  • Management, maintenance and updates
  • Quality assurance, compatibility testing, testing and launch of web projects

REQUIREMENTS

  • Efficiently produce accurate, high-quality results
  • Follow direction and meet deadlines
  • Work as part of a team
  • Good organizing and communication skills
